According customer preferences, different colours from “RAL” catalogue can be used. Depending on roof or wall type panels between metal plates applied isocyanate, polyol, pentane and catalyst. The plant equipped with the “Kraus Maffei” production line, this German brand is well known for high quality standards. Production speed for polyurethane is 306 m²/hour, and for rockwoll is 180 m²/hour. The density of polyurethane panels is 38÷42 kg/m³. The rockwoll panels are especially useful in the constructions with high fire risk, as they have high fire resistance. Depending on customer request, the steel sheets in any thickness and colour are applied during production of panels. The width of panels is normally 1 meter and length thereof is 3÷15 meter. The thicknesses of the end product is 50, 70, 100 mm.
